Rave Reviews Book Club - What's in it for me?

How often before you agree to do something, do you ask yourself, ‘what’s in it for me?’?

How often before you join a group or club, do you ask yourself, ‘what’s in it for me?’?

Never? I don’t believe you. There are very few people who are truly altruistic and therefore, I think before any of us embark upon a new task, the one question we ask is ‘what’s in it for me?’

I know that when I joined Rave Reviews Book Club, I asked myself that very question. I looked at the website and could see people talking about increased sales and reviews and I thought, ‘Wow, that’s what I need. I’ll join.’

And join I did.

One of the things I did receive upon joining was a copy of ‘Sugarcoatin is for candy, pacifyin is for kids,’ by Nonnie Jules (Author and Rave Reviews president). When I read it my eyes were truly opened to what Rave Reviews is all about.

It is about support.

It is about asking, ‘What can I do for others?’

It’s about the feeling of warmth in the pit of your stomach when someone you pushed, through social media, gets a boost.

If all this sounds like the support you would like to give, as well as receive why not sign up?
